Schools
We accept Australian school orders on official school order forms and we provide 30 days credit from date of invoice.
Most orders are despatched next working day by regular Australia Post mail services. Customers are advised if delays beyond
7 days are anticipated – this does not happen very often.

Private and International
When you place a private or international order we will prepare a tax invoice and email or fax it straight back to you.
We will despatch your order after we receive payment. Languages Made Easy accepts payment by:
- Paypal
- direct deposit
- credit card (Mastercard and Visa)
- money order or cheque

Distributors
Most Languages Made Easy products can be purchased through retail outlets in major Australian capital cities and some
regional centres. However we still have openings for distributors in some areas. If you wish to stock our products please
email us for our trading terms.
Special Notes About Downloaded Products
- Please understand that we do not accept refunds or returns for items distributed over the internet.
- Quality of downloadable materials is as good as any produced in hard copy. However, reproduction in your environment
will depend on local factors such as paper, toners and printers.
- Resources are licensed to the purchaser and will be marked as such. Purchasers are provided individual security codes
to open the files they download.
- Files can be downloaded by ADSL or dial up connections. Be aware that download speed using some dial up connections
may result in sizeable leadtimes.

Contacting Languages Made Easy
If you place and pay for an order but do not hear from us or receive the goods within 10 days please contact us without
delay. If you receive an order which has been damaged in transit or which has some other problem please advise us within
14 days. We enjoy ongoing relationships with many customers and will take all reasonable action to fix any problem that
may arise. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need to.
